I’ve been in the recruitment industry for nearly 15 years, although it doesn’t feel like it. Time goes by quickly when you’re having fun, right!?!

I moved into recruitment at the grand old age of 28, after a very successful career in Advertising and Software Sales,  where I worked my way up to management level. 

I have recruited across several sectors including, IT, Healthcare, R2R, TA, HR, Sales, and Business Support in this country and abroad, also reaching management level in recruitment, but found I had more to offer and wanted to build a new approach, away from the 'boiler house' environments so often found in some of the bigger recruitment firms.

I founded Star Recruitment in 2012 and have never looked back.  What makes Star Recruitment distinct from the crowd are the long-lasting relationships I build with clients and candidates by carefully curating the culture and skills fit.  This ensures candidates stay in and excel in their roles and clients keep coming back.

I am a very inquisitive person by nature and always keen to learn and know more. I love all things mindset and positive psychology related. I am a certified NLP Practitioner and an accredited Full Potential Coach.

I live in Leeds, with my husband Nick and our two young children.
