We run a targeted candidate search across the top job boards and our In-house database. We have access to a huge amount of potential candidates, both active and passive. We will then screen and contact all candidates (active and passive) in line with your requirements.
We are skilled in proactively sourcing candidates for our clients who are not actively looking for a new role. Do you have a hard-to-fill role? Or a vacancy that has been open for a while? We will conduct a direct search campaign to source them. We connect and engage with hard-to-find candidates. We present the best candidates for the role and not just the most visible.

We run a candidate referral scheme. As the saying goes, birds of a feather flock together, great people, know great people. The majority of the candidates that are referred to us are not in the public domain and actively looking.
We meet with all our candidates face to face and conduct a minimum two-stage interview process which will include a competence-based interview to ensure full, honest qualification of their key skills and attributes.

We have a very structured 26-stage recruitment process that we follow for all our clients, we never take shortcuts and always get it right. We give a high level of service throughout the whole process from the briefing stage / agreeing timelines, advertising, head-hunting, screening, interview process, shortlisting, and offer stage, including expectation and acceptance management.
After placement meeting is booked at the placement stage, to take place 4 weeks after the start date. This is to review the performance of the candidate and help improve our future delivery and service.
